SiGa Productions / WORKFLOW & DELIVERY SCOPE
Campaign QA automation
Compare the approved media brief with campaign setup, make discrepancies visible and give reviewers a clear decision queue before launch.
When this workflow is a fit
For ad operations, campaign management and quality teams that repeat the same checks across campaigns. Start with one platform and a defined checklist rather than treating every setting as an automated pass or fail.
A QA process needs more than a list of settings. It needs an agreed source of truth, a reliable way to obtain campaign evidence and a rule for what happens when the two disagree. Campaign QA brings those decisions into a repeatable review workflow.
How the workflow is structured
- Confirm the approved brief
Identify the approved version, required fields and campaign identifiers. Record dates, currency and time zone before comparing values.
- Map available campaign evidence
Agree which exports or authorised integrations expose the settings needed for each check. An unavailable field is a coverage gap, not a pass.
- Classify discrepancies
Separate matched values, mismatches and items needing human judgement. Keep the expected value, observed value and check rule together.
- Review and record the decision
Route exceptions to a named role, retain the review decision and recheck changed settings. Campaign activation stays under the team's approved controls.
A practical pre-launch QA checklist
These are starting questions for defining check coverage, not a claim that every platform exposes every field.
- Identity: can each campaign and placement be matched to an approved brief line without relying only on a similar name?
- Schedule: do start/end dates and time zones match the approved plan?
- Budget: are amount, currency and daily/lifetime budget type being compared on the same basis?
- Creative and destination: are the intended creative mapping and landing-page values available for review?
- Exceptions: is each mismatch or unavailable field given a clear reviewer and resolution status?
A worked example
Illustrative check: a brief specifies a 1–30 November flight while the campaign evidence shows 2–30 November. The output should show the expected and observed dates, flag the difference and request review. It should not silently change the campaign or treat missing evidence as a match.
What a scoped engagement can deliver
- A check-coverage matrix identifying the source field, comparison rule and exceptions for each agreed check.
- A reviewable discrepancy output with expected/observed values and resolution status.
- A pilot test set covering matches, mismatches and unavailable evidence.
- An agreed handover and support scope for the selected workflow.
We agree the first workflow, acceptance checks and delivery milestones before implementation. Design, architecture, consulting, training and R&D can be combined with custom development and end-to-end support as required.
Coverage and limits
The scope follows the selected platform, available evidence and authorised access. Creative policy review, live-delivery guarantees and automatic campaign changes are not implied. Production readiness must be established through agreed testing; the portfolio presentation is a workflow overview, not a live product demonstration.
Common scoping questions
Can QA replace the specialist reviewer?
The workflow is designed to focus specialist attention on exceptions. Ambiguous requirements, unavailable evidence and launch approval still need an agreed human decision.
Can we start without an API integration?
A scoped pilot can assess approved exports where those contain the required fields. Scheduled or direct integrations need a separate access and feasibility review.
How do we assess whether the pilot is ready?
Agree expected outputs for representative test cases, measure check coverage and false flags, and review unresolved exceptions before defining production acceptance criteria.
START WITH ONE WORKFLOW
Scope your campaign QA workflow
Tell us the platform, approximate campaign volume, your current checklist and which checks create the most repeated effort. Describe the expected exception output. Do not send credentials, personal data or confidential campaign files in an initial email.
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. You decide whether to send it.
